HTWC bring you our weekly whoop race practice sessions. As our weekly venue is unavailable, this will be at the amazing space that is The Winning Post!
This is a casual race offering both beginners and experienced pilots a chance to practice your flying. We also have a bunch of friendly and welcoming pilots who can help with any issues you have.

General Timing
Generally we try to keep to the following times:
-6:00pm - Setup
-6:30pm - Race
-10:30pm - Pack down
-11:00pm - Finish
In order for us to maximize the amount of flying time, we ask all people attending help with track setup and teardown. This allows us to give you the maximum amount of flying time for your money.
Race Equipment
We will be using a rotorhazard 8-node lap timer with a front-end software known as fpv trackside, alongside an event VRX which will capture both analogue and digital video feeds.
All gates are fully LED lit and we do switch off/turn down lights where appropriate. We recommend bringing a desk light for the pilot area should the unfortunate happen, and you need to repair your whoop.

Cost
The price for members is £5 per session, with non-members being £15 per session. If you want to know more about becoming a member and supporting our continued events as a club, please enquire.
