WareFPV® and HertsFPV proudly presents the 2026 WareFPV “Whoop Champs”, an international indoor drone racing event.
This year’s race marks a new standard for competitive Whoop racing in the UK featuring upgraded gates, pro-level lighting, and a track engineered for world-class speed, flow, and precision.

EVENT TIMES & DATES

Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November 2026

• Doors open: 8:00 AM
• Saturday - Practice and qualifying: from 9:00 AM
• Sunday - Qualifying and Finals expected to conclude by 6:00 PM

RACE LOCATION

Presdales School, Hoe Lane, Ware, SG12 9NX, United Kingdom

The race takes place in a large, blackout indoor sports hall designed for LED racing circuits — no windows, no glare, and pure focus on the track.
Ware is a charming town along the River Lea with cafés, restaurants, and pubs just minutes away.

 THE RACING CIRCUIT

This year’s course delivers a next-generation race experience built for speed, visibility, and precision.

• LED-lit, mains-powered gates with hidden cable management
• 26” modular race gates (single, double, and triple)
• Standardised hurdles, tunnels, flags, and H-gates
• Fully enclosed LED environment for high-speed visual clarity
• Designed by WareFPV and directed by HertsFPV own Adam Wilson, one of the UK’s most experienced FPV race organisers
• Velocidrone Race Track will go live prior to the event

PIT AREA

The pit space occupies the remaining half of the hall and includes:

• Multiple double mains sockets (bring extensions)
• Tables and chairs (pilots should bring their own 180cm folding tables)
• Toilets, changing rooms, and running water
• Large-screen live race feed and live-stream broadcast

For ideal lighting, pilots are encouraged to bring a small desk lamp (such as the Drevet LED Lamp, Amazon ~£18).

INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

Perfect for international pilots — Ware is just 20 minutes from Stansted Airport and offers easy train access to London.
We can assist with local travel connections and airport transfers upon request.

EVENT STATURE

This year’s edition promises to be the most competitive and visually spectacular yet — combining elite racing, professional production, and the spirit of Drone Sport UK’s vision for the future of the sport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you’re unable to attend, you must notify organisers at least 7 days before the event.
Refunds will be issued only once your place is filled, minus any PayPal fees incurred.

Pilots will need BMFA or other FAI Insurance for this event. Temporary insurance maybe provided for international pilots.
